Terms and Conditions (Last Updated: December 27, 2025)These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website operated by OnlyOn, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“OnlyOn,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using this website, including submitting your email address and/or phone number for early access or beta testing, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website.
1. Purpose of the Website. This website is provided solely to allow users to register interest in early access and beta testing of OnlyOn’s upcoming live streaming application (the “App”). The App is not yet publicly available, and no features, functionality, or launch timelines are guaranteed.
2. Information Submission and Communications. By submitting your email address and/or phone number, you agree that OnlyOn may contact you regarding early access invitations, beta testing participation, product updates, and launch announcements. Providing a phone number is optional. If you provide a phone number, you expressly consent to receive SMS text messages related to early access, beta testing, and product updates. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of any purchase. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP.
3. No Guarantee of Access. Submitting your contact information does not guarantee early access to the App, participation in beta testing, or continued access once granted. OnlyOn reserves the right to grant, deny, limit, or revoke access at its sole discretion.
4. Beta Testing Disclaimer. If you are granted access to a beta version of the App, you acknowledge that the App may contain bugs, errors, or incomplete features, may be unstable or interrupted, and may result in data loss or unexpected behavior. Beta access is provided on an “as is” basis and may be modified or discontinued at any time without notice.
5. User Conduct. You agree not to use the website for unlawful purposes, attempt to interfere with its operation or security, or submit false, misleading, or abusive information. OnlyOn reserves the right to restrict or terminate access for violations of these Terms.
6. Intellectual Property. All content on the website, including text, branding, logos, and design elements, is owned by or licensed to OnlyOn and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No content may be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written permission.
7. No Warranties. The website and any beta access are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. OnlyOn makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding accuracy, availability, reliability, or future functionality of the App.
8. Limitation of Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, OnlyOn shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the website, participation in early access or beta testing, or communications sent by email or SMS.
9. Changes to These Terms. OnlyOn may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last Updated” date reflects the most recent version. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
10. Governing Law. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.
